I am a B.Sc, Physics graduate, B.E Aeronautical engineering Drop out in my final year, I personally faced the problem of not getting the opportunity to place n ore internship or job in engineering due to lack of hands-on experience and the standard of my college, I found out this is the same for most engineers in India, so I am passionately building a training platform to provide Challenge based and gamified learning which will help them to build confidence and clarity to choose a career path and i would like to put a light andawaremeness to the younger minds about the job roles which they have natural skills which have not been endorsed by anyone in the field of their studies.

I am Shubhangini Jain, Founder and Director of Carrus VisionX Private Limited, a visionary entrepreneur building a successful venture that has the potential to impact millions of people. My passion for innovation, problem-solving, and unwavering determination has led me to this position where I can contribute positively to society.
Born and raised in the small town of Meerut, India, I had humble beginnings but big dreams for my life. After the untimely loss of my father, my family faced financial challenges. However, this difficult time instilled a deep sense of perseverance and determination to succeed. My past experiences have helped me develop both professional and personal qualities.
I have always strived to make a mark in both my academic and professional careers and it has always kept me motivated. In school, I actively participated in organizing various events, from inter-school STEM events to other charitable events, while excelling in my academics. I used to promote entrepreneurship from that time because I was always driven by innovation. These experiences have instilled in me skills such as team management, time management, and organizational skills.
In my college years, I continued to pursue my passion for organizing events and became involved in various initiatives, such as TedX, startup weekends, and CSR projects. I even held the position of Project Manager of the Women Entrepreneurship Forum, where I gained valuable experience in leadership and community outreach.
I have maintained a balance in my curriculum and extra-curriculum activities. I have done technical internships from my first year, won hackathons, and worked with the state government. I even started my startup back in my second year of college, which aimed to empower women and educate them about menstruation. Although it didn’t thrive due to a lack of support, this experience taught me the importance of having a strong team and support network.
Now, I am proud to have my colleagues and co-founders, Mr. Sameep Tripathi and Mr. Ritvik Ranjan, who share the same passion for making a positive impact. Together, we founded Carrus VisionX to help all the stakeholders in the healthcare domain. Our aim is not just to empathize, but to make a tangible contribution that can make their lives easier.

Shweta is Co-founder and COO at GramHeet. Gramheet is a digital platform which provides integrated post-harvest services such as decentralized storage, post-harvest credit and market linkages with a vision to make a farming profitable business. At GramHeet, she leads strategy and operations. Her special focus on gender makes GramHeet solution more inclusive. Till date, GramHeet worked with 8000 smallholder farmers including 3000 women farmers across Maharashtra, and Andhra Pradesh and increased their income by 40%. GramHeet is featured in Forbes Asia 100 to watch list 2021 for its impact and innovation while Shweta featured on Forbes India’s cover as a promising women entrepreneur.
She is a passionate field practitioner with over 11 years of experience working with farmers. Before GramHeet she co-founded an organization named Kastkar. Kastkar was a platform to solve issues of the farming community for the revival of agriculture in the Yavatmal district of Maharashtra.
She is an Action for India, MIT-D lab and Upaya, Lead tribe, Pusa Krishi and Westerwelle foundation fellow. She did her masters from IIT Hyderabad and graduated in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering.

She has published papers in Science, Cell and Nature international journals. Half-way into my chartered accountancy journey, she was bitten by the entrepreneurial bug as the joy of creating something from scratch enthralled her.
